Located in downtown Vancouver’s International Village, Espana's design is inspired by classical Spain

The curvature of the building and the 60 to 70 different suite types, caused the day-to-day construction and finishing requirements to be very intricate and detail-oriented.  Suites contain quality finishes including granite countertops, wood laminate flooring, stainless steel appliances, and free-standing tubs.

Espana has one of the largest swimming pools and exercise rooms in a residential building in Vancouver. 

Environmentally sustainable elements include an extensive green roof and steam heating which is clean and energy-efficient.
