ITC converted the shell of this structure into a luxurious state-of-the-art theatre.  It houses offices for two theatre companies - Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival and Arts Club Theatre Company - as well as costume shops and collections, 4 fully-equipped rehearsal rooms, and performance studios.

ITC contributed $250,000 in support of the Arts Club Theatre Company and Bard on the Beach’s fundraising campaign; this donation went towards the completion of the theatre and a ‘digital streaming’ initiative where productions and education of the arts are now streamed out to remote BC communities.
