Peter Rezansoff – President & CEO

Peter P. Rezansoff, President and CEO of ITC Construction Group, co-founded ITC in 1983. In its 27 year history, ITC has become one of Western Canada's largest and most reputable construction companies and one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies. 

Peter was born in Nelson BC into a large family where strong parental emphasis was placed on high moral and ethical values. These values provide the foundation for ITC; ITC stands for Integrity, Trust and Commitment. 

Today, Peter provides leadership and overall direction to the company's business operations; has a compassionate approach to managing people; and has a solid construction and business knowledge that focuses on bringing clients the best construction alternatives.

Anthony McGill – Executive Vice President Operations

Tony is the co-founder of ITC Construction Group. Since the company’s inception, he has focused on sharing his extensive high-rise construction experience on ITC’s project sites.

Doug MacFarlane – Executive Vice President & COO

Doug is key member of ITC’s Senior Management Team that is responsible for managing the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations at ITC. He also continues to be an important contributor in the overall business development and preconstruction process. Doug has a diverse background with experience in Residential, Commercial and Civil construction. 

Allan Beron – Vice President Finance & CFO

Allan is a strategically oriented financial executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and taxation in both Canada and the United States. Prior to joining ITC, Allan worked in investment banking and corporate finance in the United States as well as with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche in Canada.

Blair Winsor - Director of Business Development

With 20 years of experience in high rise residential and wood frame construction, and an architectural background, Blair brings great technical and practical expertise to his role as Director of Business Development.  Blair works closely with developers early on in the design process to ensure the vision and metrics for their properties are realized through the sound construction of the project. Blair’s leadership led to the delivery of such projects as: the Woodward’s Redevelopment Project, SFU School of Contemporary Arts, Northgate Village, Espana, Obelisk and The Hudson.

Harold Barisoff - Director of Construction - Residential Division

Harold is a senior member of the ITC Construction Group team with 20 years of experience. He brings valuable practical experience to the overall management of ITC’s Residential Division. As the Director of Construction, Harold is responsible for overseeing the construction, financial management and human resources requirements for multiple projects on an on-going basis. His current projects and recent accomplishments include:  Atelier, CITYPOINT, O2, Ocean Walk and Raffles on Robson.

Brent Olund - Director of Construction - Commercial Division

Brent is a senior member of the ITC Construction Group team. He is a qualified engineer with experience in wood frame and high rise residential construction, as well as commercial and institutional projects. He brings great technical expertise to his role as the Director of ITC’s Commercial Division. Brent’s accomplishments include the delivery of the VANOC tenant improvement for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games and the award-winning Port of Nanaimo Centre.
