History

ITC was established in 1983 as an open-shop construction services provider.  It was an early leader in high rise construction at the emergence of the residential high-rise market in Vancouver, British Columbia. The ITC Construction Group companies are now known as “the developer’s builder” for residential high-rise in a market that is one of the world’s leading locations for residential high-rise construction in a densely populated downtown urban environment.  ITC has grown to be one of the best known brands in its selected markets, by working closely with long-term clients from one project to another. Our completed projects roster now includes almost 100 major high-rise towers.    Commitment to our clients, trades, and to our people has allowed ITC to develop a strong foothold in Western Canada with its head office in Vancouver and a regional office in Calgary.
