Mixed use project on the old Woodwards site in the downtown east side of Vancouver. The project will consist of two residential towers of 42 and 32 stories, a renovated 6 storey Heritage building and a new performing arts school for SFU. BC Housing will have 200 low income units to go with the 536 market housing units built by the developer, Westbank Properties. Along with City of Vancouver and Federal Government offices, there will be a large drugstore and supermarket with a mix of smaller retail stores.
