ITC Constructors Group is a full service construction organization specializing in the construction of residential high-rise towers. Our initial objective is to create a construction business community operating in the Portland, Oregon area, capable of serving the needs of local residential high-rise developers. Our long-term goal is to serve the construction needs of developers in other metropolitan areas with our knowledge based expertise in residential high-rise towers.

ITC holds a prominent position as a leader in residential high-rise construction and currently has 18 towers underway in various stages of completion internationally and regionally.

ITC Constructors USA Inc. is a registered Oregon contractor and holds Oregon contractors license no. 162858. We are currently underway on The Benson Tower, a 26 storey, $28.5 million dollar project at 11th and Clay in downtown Portland. This project is intended to be a staging ground upon which ITC will build its capability in the Portland market with its local team of superintendents, engineers and managers.
