The Resort Getaway... 1616 Bayshore Drive designed by Downs / Archambault as the getaway to the Bayshore development.

At the base of the 25-storey tower are 3 two storey and 3 three-storey townhomes with patios and gardens. With 67 spacious water-view tower residences (approx. 1,200 to 1,800 sq.ft) with private entertainment sized balconies. Scheduled for completion in December 2005, it will no doubt complement the Bayshore development in more ways then one.
