The first Calgary project for ITC Canada (Alta.). Ground was broken for the project at the end of October, 2004. The project is being built for Qualex Landmark Investments, one of Vancouvers' premier Developers.

The Stella is a 21 storey building containing 3 levels of underground parking. The project is located in an inner city neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown. Incorporated into the project are seven two storey townhomes, and extensive streetscaping which is intended to create a sense of community in the area.

A unique feature of the project will be the use of pre fabricated insulated stucco panels. These panels will be fabricated offsite, and incorporated into the building envelope when they are installed onsite. It is anticipated that this process will improve the quality of the building envelope, and reduce the duration of completing the skin of the building.
