| Description: |
A 27 story residential high-rise building with 139 residential units, including 8 townhouses. Lining Homer Street in Vancouver's Yaletown district, the structure consists of mass exterior concrete with punched window openings. The simplicity of the structure was highlighted with two distinct reductions in the size in the building outlined with a full wrap around concrete cornice. A truly unique building which shall be considered a Yaletown landmark. This level of design sophistication continued to the interior of the building with full height rolling glass partitions, full hardwood floors as a standard and matched horizontal grain cabinet doors. |
