A 5-storey mixed-use Commercial Retail / Office / Rental Residential building at Simon Fraser University, for which the Owner SFU Community Trust is seeking LEED certification.

This project, in addition to setting a high quality standard for the core of the UniverCity campus neighbourhood, presented a severe scheduling challenge due to the extensive overlap of the design period with the construction period. ITC came through on our schedule commitment by achieving Occupancy in the residential portion in late August (2004), a mere 13 ½ months after we started work in what was the upper “B-Lot” student parking.

A diverse variety of food service and retail shops are now moving into the over 20 commercial spaces in the lower levels of the building.
