This $50 million renovation of the existing Bayshore Hotel was completed one day ahead of a 10 month construction schedule. The project included the complete demolition of the existing conference facility and the construction of a new, state of the art, 72,000 square foot conference centre. 320 hotel suites were renovated and seismically upgraded to meet the current standards. Additional renovations included the reconstruction of the lobby, kitchen, restaurant, show bar and marina bar areas.
