Project Managers (Vancouver and Calgary)

We are looking for several motivated, capable Project Managers to join our team in both Vancouver and Calgary.  Candidates will have:

• minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry in a project management capacity, preferably with high-rise / multi-family projects
• full control and responsibility of project budget, schedule, quality, and personnel
• tendering, contract negotiation and management
• managing client, consultant and trade relationships
• leadership
• forecasting, scheduling, monitoring of timing and pricing
• ability to work independently, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on client relations an asset
