Project Coordinators (Vancouver and Calgary)

We are looking for several motivated Project Coordinators to join our growing, fast-paced team in both Vancouver and Calgary.  Candidates will:

• work closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure the effective execution of a project from start to finish, including the following:
• review, action, response on daily project correspondence
• managing project drawings, specifications, change orders, RFI's, site instructions, inspection reports.
• project tracking from start up to completion
• working closely with trades, clients, and consultants
• tendering, negotiation, and contract management
• have the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on client relations an asset
