ITC was co-founded by Peter Rezansoff and Tony McGill in 1983. Specializing in the construction of concrete residential high rises in urban cores,  ITC is now BC’s largest general contractor and has a strong foothold in western Canada.

We have worked hard to build a team of highly experienced group of construction professionals with proven skill and knowledge in the area of residential high-rise and wood-frame buildings, hotels and convention centers, as well as retail and facilities construction.
